The METU Graduate School of Social Sciences is responsible for administering the processes that support both the disciplinary foundations of graduate programs and the capacity for interdisciplinary scholarship. Its aim is to ensure that the official procedures required by students and academic units are carried out in a clear, consistent, and accessible manner. Drawing on feedback and its long-standing institutional experience, the Graduate School continuously reviews its practices and works with a solution-oriented approach to make its processes simpler, more standardized, and more transparent. One of its key priorities is to foster innovative and dynamic graduate studies that contribute not only to the advancement of academic knowledge, but also to the creation of social value.
