How to apply - Important Note for International Students

Application to the programs in the Graduate School of Social Sciences will be made online in the link provided below.

Applicants DO NOT need to deliver the required documents (hard-copies) to the Graduate School of Social Sciences.


1. Log in to the Online Application System ( and fill out the required fields in the Application Form.

2. Freeze the Online Application Form and the application process is complete. You can check your application status on the Main Page ( by logging in with your email address and password.

3. After finalizing your application, you can check out the website of the Graduate School ( for the interview dates.

You can obtain detailed information about the Required Documents for Application, which will be uploaded to the Online Application System in the link provided below.

* International students who do not have GRE, GMAT or ALES graduate exam score can check the "conditional application" box in the online application system. To learn more about canditional application, please check the link provided below.

*Native speakers (both MS and PhD candidates,citizens of country of which English is official language), who hold an undergraduate degree from a university in which the language of instruction is English, are exempt from submitting English language test score. The applicants who satisfy both of these conditions may check the "I am a native speaker" box in the online application form and proceed with their applications. However, these candidates must upload the copy of related pages of their passports and documents proving English language instruction of their universities.
